Direct Projects have been responsible for the construction, maintenance, refurbishment and demolition of infrastructures in a variety of council and government sectors throughout regional and rural New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory including Department of Housing, Department of Education, Department of Justice, Local Council buildings and parks.

We provide total project management or individual project components including;

  1. Building Management
  2. Construction and Works Supervision
  3. Provision of Coordination of Trade and Labour
  4. Sourcing and Coordinating of Materials
  5. Ongoing scheduled Facility Maintenance

Our non-trades team includes engineers, designers, managers, and supervisors to assist and provide the following services:

  • Undertake scope of works and document reviews
  • Assist clients with tendering stages
  • Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed
  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Plan construction timelines, methods, and procedures
  • Supply and/or coordinate the supply of labour and materials
  • Supervise construction sites providing site managers, supervisors and trades to ensure standards, quality, costs, schedules and safety are maintained
  • Make sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations
  • Consult with architects, engineers, and other technical workers to ensure design intentions are met and assist with variations required
  • Identify and manage rectification of defects and effect Defect Liability Periods
  • Final inspections
  • Review and assess final claims and prepare and issue final certificates
